What data we collect
We collect the personal data you provide when you contact us: name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message or request for quotation. Our website does not require accounts and does not collect payment details.
Why we process it
We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and support contracted services, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
Legal basis and your rights
We process personal data in line with Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 of 13 October 2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA). Retention and security
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Data related to contracts and invoices is retained as required by Rwandan law. We apply technical and organisational safeguards consistent with the security services we provide to our own clients.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. No analytics data is used to identify individual visitors.
