Rwanda's largest investment group needed one accountable partner for its network, security and ERP environment. Under a service agreement running since October 2024, Maxventures delivers the full stack: network infrastructure assessment, fine-tuning and full topology design; cybersecurity audits with vulnerability remediation and firewall / IDS-IPS implementation; ERP integration support across SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA; and managed services with monitoring, maintenance and knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.

In parallel, Maxventures fulfils the group's hardware purchase orders — laptops, tablets, servers, networking and storage — delivered on schedule and accepted without defects.

AUCA required an enterprise server platform delivered as a turnkey project. Maxventures supplied the server, installed and configured the operating system and server environment, ran performance testing and system validation, and handed over a fully operational, warrantied system with technical support.

The university certified the system as fully functional and performing satisfactorily, executed in accordance with industry best practices.

Rwanda's leading clay-products manufacturer engaged Maxventures across multiple purchase orders: enterprise IT equipment (servers, laptops and networking devices), installation and configuration of network infrastructure, deployment and commissioning of enterprise server and storage systems, and system optimization as part of a broader infrastructure modernization.

All items were supplied in full compliance with purchase-order specifications, delivered on schedule and accepted without defects.
